If you were having problems logging in using your email and password, please do the following 5 steps:
1 On the front page, please click your Habbo character
2 An account settings dialog will open
3 Click on 'Manage Account'
4 From there you will be able to change your email address, password and manage your sign in options
5 If you choose Manage Signing In Options, you'll be able to link your other Habbo characters to your account
Once you've made sure your character is tied to a verified email address, please check that your new settings work by logging in using your email address and password.
Are you getting 'Error Signing In This account is already connected'?
Sign into Habbo using an ID. Open your Habbo ID authentication methods management at http://www.habbo.com/identity/auth - Enter your details on the 'Combine accounts' section to combine your Habbo IDs.
Why can't I see my other Habbo characters on my account?
When your Habbo account is created, any other Habbo characters you have with the same verified email address and password will be linked automatically. Habbos you have with different email addresses or passwords can be linked manually by clicking on the 'Add' button after logging in with your account and selecting 'Add existing account' link.
Will signing in with my email address make my account safer?
If you take the proper steps to protect your email address and password then your account is safe. We suggest creating a password which includes both letters and numbers, upper and lower case and one that is not based on any of your personal details or proper dictionary words.
How do I change the email address I log in with?
Log in with your Habbo email address and click the Account Management link at the top of your character selection screen. Then select the Manage Email Addresses button displayed alongside your email address. Add a secondary email (you cannot use an email address already associated with another Habbo account!) and when you get the confirmation email through, verify the addition by clicking the link in the email. Log in again with your Habbo account, go back to Manage Email Addresses and make the email you've just added your Primary address
What are secondary email addresses?
If you have a Habbo account, you are able to add extra email addresses to it which you can then use to log in with. This means that if you lose or forget your main Habbo account email address you can still log in with a secondary email address.
How do I create a secondary email address for my Habbo account?
When you log in to your Habbo account, click on Account Management and enter an alternative email in the field at the bottom. When you add an address you will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify the address. The email will not work as an alternative Habbo log in until you verify.
I can't log in to my Habbo account with my secondary email address. Why?
It is likely that you did not verify the email address when you added it. Log in to your Habbo account with your primary email address, go to Account Management and request that another confirmation email is sent. You must click the link in the email to become verified.
How do I add an authentication method?
To add an authentication method such as Google or Facebook to your Habbo account you must log into the game and navigate to your Authentication Settings screen by clicking on the icon of your avatar's head in the bottom left of the screen and selecting 'Settings' then 'Character Settings' and finally the 'Manage Account' link on the Character Settings screen.
How do I remove an authentication method?
To remove an authentication method such as Google or Facebook from your Habbo account you must log into the game and navigate to your Authentication Settings screen by clicking on the icon of your avatar's head in the bottom left of the screen and selecting 'Settings' then 'Character Settings' and finally the 'Manage Account' link on the Character Settings screen.
Once there, click the 'Remove Method' button and a 'Delete' button will appear next to every authentication method you have on the Habbo account. You will not be able to remove any authentication method you are currently logged in to.
How do I add a Habbo account to my authentication method?
If you created your Habbo account via Facebook, Google etc then you can elect to add an account to it which enables you to log in directly through the Habbo site.
To do this you must log into the game and navigate to your Authentication Settings screen by clicking on the icon of your avatar's head in the bottom left of the screen and selecting 'Settings' then 'Character Settings' and finally the 'Manage Account' link on the Character Settings screen. Now you can create your Habbo account by either clicking on the 'Set up a Habbo account for this character' link at the bottom of the screen or by clicking on the authentication provider shown.
Will Habbo ID make my account unsafe?

If you have multiple accounts and don't want them linked to your Habbo ID you should create a different password for each Habbo so they do not link automatically and then AVOID linking your Habbos manually using the 'Add existing account' option.
If you are having problems logging in to Habbo, here are some of the most common reasons and solutions:
You have linked your Habbo account to your Facebook or other 3rd party account (Google, Twitter etc). In this case you can’t login by using your email address and you need to use the “Login with Facebook” button or, if you have used another 3rd party service like Twitter, use the “More ways to login” link.
You are entering your Habbo password incorrectly. You can order a new one by following the “Forgot your password?” link.
Your Habbo account is linked to a 3rd party service like Facebook or Twitter and you have forgotten your password for that service. In this case Habbo’s ‘Forgot your password’ functionality will not work and you need to use the password retrieval function on Facebook or Twitter instead.
It’s quite common for players to have tried out the Habbo Facebook application or other 3rd party service to login to Habbo as a test in the past and have since forgotten they did it. Before reporting a problem with Habbo’s “Forgot your password?” link it’s worth logging in to services like Facebook to see if you’ve linked your Habbo up and forgotten about it. If you can access the other service you can login to Habbo from there and can then add an alternative login method to your Habbo account. You can do this by going to your ‘account settings’ and there you will find ‘Identity settings’.
If you CANNOT login with your 3rd party account (if you have, for example, disabled your account) you need to contact their Customer Service and they can advise you how to proceed.
