Why can't I log in with my Email?

If you are having problems logging in to Habbo, here are some of the most common reasons and solutions:

  • You have linked your Habbo account to your Facebook or other 3rd party account (Google, Twitter etc). In this case you can’t login by using your email address and you need to use the “Login with Facebook” button or, if you have used another 3rd party service like Twitter, use the “More ways to login” link.

  • You are entering your Habbo password incorrectly. You can order a new one by following the “Forgot your password?” link.

  • Your Habbo account is linked to a 3rd party service like Facebook or Twitter and you have forgotten your password for that service. In this case Habbo’s ‘Forgot your password’ functionality will not work and you need to use the password retrieval function on Facebook or Twitter instead.

 

It’s quite common for players to have tried out the Habbo Facebook application or other 3rd party service to login to Habbo as a test in the past and have since forgotten they did it. Before reporting a problem with Habbo’s “Forgot your password?” link it’s worth logging in to services like Facebook to see if you’ve linked your Habbo up and forgotten about it. If you can access the other service you can login to Habbo from there and can then add an alternative login method to your Habbo account. You can do this by going to your ‘account settings’ and there you will find ‘Identity settings’.

 If you CANNOT login with your 3rd party account (if you have, for example, disabled your account) you need to contact their Customer Service and they can advise you how to proceed.
