How do I report a problem to a Moderator?

There are certain things which Player Support cannot help you with, and that you need to contact a Moderator to report. Our Moderators are available whenever the Hotel is open and will investigate any reports made to them and take appropriate action.

Incidents such as someone bullying you in game, or trying to get you to reveal your password or other confidential information. You may also witness sexually explicit behaviour or chat taking place. This type of behaviour should not be happening and should be reported as soon as you see it. If you are worried, you can also let an adult know what's going on or contact one of the helplines.

By reporting these incidents to the Moderator, they can take action immediately.

How do I report something to a Moderator?

To get help at any time of the day or night, simply click on 'Help'  at the top right of your screen in Habbo.
Remember that the 'Emergency Help' option only to be used in a genuine emergency service only, and abusing it may lead to your account being banned.

What else can I do?

If someone is annoying you on Habbo you should use the IGNORE button to filter out their chat. If they are in a room you own/have rights in, you can also kick them out, and ban them temporarily.

If someone is doing something which is making you feel unsafe or threatened, please press the Help link in the hotel. This allows you to send a "Call for Help" to our Moderators.

How do I report an inappropriate Group Forum post or thread?

Group owners and members with admin rights can hide inappropriate posts or even entire threads. They are responsible for running their Forums according to the Habbo Way.

To report more urgent cases to a moderator, you can click on the exclamation mark icon to the right of the post/thread.

How to report an inappropriate Selfie?

If you find an inappropriate Selfie image or text that doesn't follow the Habbo Way, click on the flag icon in the bottom left corner of the image to report this Selfie to a moderator.

Remember, the "Call For Help" is for emergencies only! If you abuse it, you may be banned from Habbo.
