How do I create tickets for assistance?

Please find a step by step guide on how to get help from the Habbo Help Tool.

  1. Sign Up (This is located in the top right hand corner) Or you can click here
  2. Once you have set up your account, log in  using the "Help"button and follow instructions
  3. After you have signed in, type a keyword that best describes your query (e.g. if you're query is related to the safety lock, type in "safety lock") in the search field. When you click enter, you will see a list of FAQs that may answer your question.  You will also see "Didn't find what you are looking for?" right below the list of FAQs.
  4. Click on "Fill out a request form" to submit a request.
  5. Please be patient and always wait for a response instead of creating a new ticket.
  6. You will also receive emails when we update your ticket.

You must give as much information as you possibly can. The more information you give us, the quicker we can solve your query for you. We aim to answer your issues as quickly as we can, but please remember if there is a public holiday or we have had a large amount of emails, we may be a little slower than you expect. We will always get to you, so please do not create more requests.
