How do I create tickets for assistance?

Please find a step by step guide on how to get help from the Habbo Help Tool.

  1. Log into your account and go to your hotel’s help pages.
  2. Click on "Fill out a request form" to submit a request.
  3. Please be patient and always wait for a response instead of creating a new ticket.
  4. You will also receive emails when we update your ticket.

You must give as much information as you possibly can. The more information you give us, the quicker we can solve your query for you. We aim to answer your issues as quickly as we can, but please remember if there is a public holiday or we have had a large amount of emails, we may be a little slower than you expect. We will always get to you, so please do not create more requests.
