How do I delete my Habbo account?

 

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Below, you can find a step by step guide on how to delete your Habbo account:

 

1. Open the settings window by clicking the gear icon in the bottom right hand corner.
2. Go to the ‘Account data’ tab.
3. Click the ‘Delete account’ button.
4. Please note that it may take several days for your account to be deleted.

If you want to cancel your erasure request, please go back to the ‘Account data’ tab, which is found in the settings window. You can access the settings window by clicking the gear icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and then on the ‘Cancel’ button.

 

How can I initiate a GDPR deletion request for my Habbo account if I log in with Facebook?

1. Go to Facebook App Settings and click the Remove button next to the Habbo application. However, simply removing the app does not send a deletion request to Habbo. 
2.  In Facebook App Settings, go to View Removed Apps and Websites, then click View next to Habbo.
3. A dialog box will open where you can proceed with the deletion request.
   In the dialog box, click Send Request.
4. You will receive a status message confirming that your request has been sent.
   Click View Status to go to the Habbo status page and see your GDPR deletion request.
5. A GDPR deletion request is automatically created in our system and will be completed within 30 days.
